Additional electronic banking services are offered to all clients of the Bank which have decided not to use the e-bank solution:

  • Fax channel – possibility to receive account statements, inflows, outflows, account balances. (by signing of documentation in Branch of the Bank)
  • E-mail channel - possibility to receive account statements, inflows, outflows, account balances. (by signing of documentation in Branch of the Bank)
  • SMS – text messaging on inflow, outflow, generating of account statement and account balance. (by signing of documentation in Branch of the Bank)
  • IVR service – possibility to use Interactive Voice Response, as well as to order the latest account statement to e-mail/fax channel. (by signing of documentation in Branch of the Bank)
