ISO 9001 Certificate

May 29, 2002 German company RW TUV has audited the quality control system. On that occasion it was established that quality control system in Crédit Agricole Serbia is in line with requirement of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, and the Bank received an appropriate certificate.
May 29, 2003 the Bank had successfully recertified the quality control system
May 29, 2004 recertification audit has been renewed, and Crédit Agricole Serbia has received exceptionally favourable grades from the consultants both for the current state, and for the manner in which the quality control system is being developed and perfected in Crédit Agricole Serbia.
June 24, 2005, after successful audit of Crédit Agricole Serbia, expert consultant had approved to extend the certificate of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 for one year.
July 11, 2006 within Crédit Agricole Serbia bank a regular annual control of functionality of ISO 9001:2000 – quality control system was performed. Certification was renewed for another year since the consultant did not have any remarks regarding the implementation of all necessary rules prescribed by ISO standard.
September 25, 2008 German company RW TUV has audited the quality system. On that occasion it was established that the system of quality in Crédit Agricole Serbia is harmonized with requirements of ISO 9001:2000, and the Bank has successfully recertified the quality management system.
